Local Shipment

Packages are generally dispatched every weekends after receipt of payment and are shipped via SingPost. For registered mail, please add "Registered Mail (SingPost)" to your shopping cart. NOTE: I will NOT be responsible for lost mails if you do not opt for registered mail OR if you give the wrong address. Please double check your mailing address to make sure it is correct before ordering.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed $0.50, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. If you purchase gift boxes, you can request for your items to be placed inside the boxes for good protection.

International Shipment

Currently I only ship locally in Singapore. If there are demands from overseas, I will do international shipping in the near future.

Returns

Due to hygiene reason, I don't accept returns. Every items will be checked for defects before shipment. However if you find any defects (caused by shipping), please inform me immediately upon receiving the defective items, otherwise will not be entertained thereafter. Self incurred damages will strictly not be accepted. A replacement will be given after showing proof (photo) of the defects. In the event whereby a item is not longer available from the supplier, a full refund will be given. For negligible defects, either a partial refund or a small discount will be given for your next purchase.
